The Skipper Foundation cannot reach every school, every community, and every student alone. Partnerships are how the work grows. Whether you represent a school, a church, a corporate organisation, an NGO, or a community group, a partnership with the Skipper Foundation means joining a network of organisations committed to raising a generation of servant leaders across Kenya.

Who can partner with us

Schools

Primary and secondary schools that want to embed leadership culture into their student body — through regular sessions, student leadership clubs, or annual events.

Churches and faith communities

Faith communities that share the conviction that leadership is a calling to serve. Partner with us to bring structured leadership development to your youth programmes.

Community organisations

Youth groups, community centres, and neighbourhood organisations that want to extend the reach of leadership training beyond the school gate.

Corporate sponsors and NGOs

Companies and non-governmental organisations that want to invest in Kenya’s next generation through co-branded events, CSR programmes, and sponsored school visits.

What partners receive

When you partner with the Skipper Foundation, you are not just enabling the work — you become part of it. Partners receive:
Your organisation’s name and identity feature alongside the Skipper Foundation at every session, talk, or workshop delivered under the partnership. This includes materials, communications, and on-site recognition.
Partner organisations receive first access to available dates for sessions and workshops. During peak periods — term openers, national events — partners are prioritised ahead of general requests.
Following each session or programme cycle, partners receive a direct impact summary — covering the number of students reached, session outcomes, and the communities served under the partnership.

Why partnerships matter

A single session changes a room. A partnership changes a school. Sustained, structured partnerships are what allow the Skipper Foundation to move from one-off visits to embedded programmes — building leadership culture across an institution year after year.
The Skipper Foundation currently operates across Kenya. Partnerships are open to any school, organisation, or sponsor aligned with the Foundation’s mission of faith-driven, servant-oriented leadership development.

How to get started

Getting started is straightforward. Reach out via the contact page or directly to the team, and a conversation will follow — no lengthy forms, no committees. Just a direct discussion about what a partnership could look like for your organisation.
If you are exploring a partnership for the first time, start with an email introducing your organisation and what you hope to achieve. The team will respond within 24 hours.
